How to Tell it's Fake
The box is completely wrong, with no clear plastic window. This is because it matches the other generic unlicensed figures that have been included in previous boxes. There is no mention of Alphamax or Fate Extella anywhere on The Otaku Box's version.

How to Tell it's Fake
This one isn't as clear cut as the above two but it's still definitely fake. The CraneKing, Banpresto and SQ logos in the top left and right corner, as well as the Sword Art Online logo, are very obviously missing from The Otaku Box's version. This may not seem like a big thing but this is one of the definitive tells when it comes to checking if an anime figure is a bootleg.
